Going forward, EES will
conduct business as HDR|EES

September 1, 2004) - Washington-based consulting and engineering
firm Economic and Engineering Services, Inc., is joining
architecture-engineering-consulting firm HDR, Inc. Financial terms
of the agreement were not disclosed. Going forward, EES will conduct
